Refund policy

Items will be dispatched when payment has been received. Items may be refunded if they are not suitable less postage if they are returned with tags, unused within 14 days of purchase. Sale, Reduced Price items or Clearance Items will not be refunded.

If you wish to  exchange  an item for any shipped orders for a  different size, different color, or different item, please contact us at info@zoomonkeys.com.au.

An additional postage fee will apply for exchanged items.

We don't expect your order to arrive incomplete, damaged, or defective, but if it does happen, please contact us right away at info@zoomonkeys.com.au, and we will get back to you as soon as possible
