When you buy Fair Trade clothes from the Zoo Monkeys range, it’s not just about great designs and beautiful quality. You also make a positive difference to people’s lives. Each garment you buy from us has been tailored in a supportive working environment, with fair pay, prioritising the well-being of the tailors. Our felt is all handmade by artisans in Nepal. Tara Treasures is a member of the Fair Trade Association of Australia and New Zealand.

As with all clothing ranges, there are differences with sizes and brands. We are happy to advise you on sizing by popping us an email query before you place an order. Where possible, we mention the sizing in the description. Please remember that children's clothing and particulalry baby clothing, is usually a bit big to start, about right for a while and a bit snug at the end! We do our best to recommend sizes to allow for growth and value for money.

We offer both Standard and Express Delivery in Australia. Flat-rate shipping of $12 or express shipping for $16.95 is available at checkout. Free delivery is automatically provided for all orders over $100.

Orders are normally processed within 3 working days, and standard delivery is normally within 3 - 6 business days, and express delivery is between 1-3 business days.​ Currently, shipping estimates may vary due to unprecedented demand; therefore, we can not guarantee delivery dates.

We are at Eumundi Square, 1-7 Albert Street, Eumundi — adjacent to the famous Eumundi Markets. If you have crossed the north side of the inner square, facing the courtyard. Look out for the brightly coloured monkeys!

Credit / Debit Cards are made securely using Square payment services. We do not receive or store your payment details.

To speed things send an email to info@zoomonkeys.com.au with your shipping address and the items you wish to purchase, so that we can provide you with a quote (based on weight).

If you wish to exchange any shipped items for a different size, different colour, or product, please contact us at info@zoomonkeys.com.au 

An additional postage fee will apply for exchanged items.

We don't expect your order to arrive incomplete, damaged, or defective, but if it does happen, please contact us right away at info@zoomonkeys.com.au, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Items that are not suitable and that are in an unused condition, may be returned and refunded (less postage costs). To qualify for a refund items with tags must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that Discounted, Sale and Clearance Items will not be refunded.
